The Amorsolo Square is composed of two 18-story condominium towers connected by the three-story Rockwell Club, which is kind of like a resort/sports club for the residents of the Rockwell Plaza, but we will be discussing more on that later. There are 280 units in total in the Amorsolo Square, and you can choose between studio-type, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residential units. This means that regardless if you live solo or if you are raising a small family, there is a space perfect for your needs in the Amorsolo Square.

First, there is the studio-type units. These units measure between 47 and 52 square meters, which is quite large in comparison to the studio units that you can find in most other condominium buildings. These units come standard with a semi-furnished kitchen area, with tiled countertops, built-in cupboards, and additional storage spaces underneath the counters. There are also provisions for a gas range and a refrigerator. Since the total floor area is quite large, you can actually have a sizeable living and dining area. If you need a bit more room, you can avail of the one-bedroom unit. Not only will you get a separate bedroom, the one-bedroom suites actually provide more space than the studio units. The bedroom is now big enough for a queen-sized bed and a couple of other pieces of furniture and the living room and dining room also got a sizeable upgrade. However, the kitchen and the bathroom is still somewhat the same size. These units are perfect for single professionals or couples without children.

Now, if you will be sharing the unit with another person who needs his/her own space then you will want the two-bedroom residential suites. However, you will need to decide which of you will get the Master’s bedroom, which has its own bathroom. On the other hand, regardless of who gets what room, there will still be more than enough space for the both of you as there is a large living and dining area and a huge kitchen that can rival that of most homes. In addition, there is a maid’s quarter that can also serve as your guest bedroom. Alternatively, you can use it for whatever purpose you can think of if you are not planning to get a housekeeper.

The great thing about the residential units in the Amorsolo Square condominiums is that they did not skimp on space. You will not feel cramped at all with all the space available in all of the units.
